In their fight for freedom, they can use every bit of light anyone is willing to support them with. Elon Musk helps by bringing the internet. My partner, Mitra, envisions women dancing on the streets in Iran. Iranian singers sing for their freedom here and here. Mitra and I dedicate our dancing to their liberation. Other people donate money. Others use their voice in prayer.
We completed a 4 week series of weekly one-hour-long healing meditations each with a guided visualization and a live channeled healing song.

The meditations:
During these 45-60 minute sessions, we attune to the women and people of Iran by lovingly seeing them in their light as human beings, in their inner and outer freedom, in their peace with the spark of infinite love in their hearts, just like in ours.
We all focus on the drawing you’ll see below, a healing wheel of light, to make available its healing power to anyone in Iran who is willing and ready to see the sacredness of life in all people. This helps the whole country return to the healing vibration of unconditional love.
Note: The live-channeled healing songs are in Romanian with English subtitles. The rest of the session is in English.
To make the most of the session be in a private space, turn off all notifications and ringers, sit comfortably, and have your headset ready. I recommend you watch this from a desktop so you can see the drawing as big as possible.

It knows itself as one single human body on this planet with billions of bodies. It does know that regardless of how deeply its bodies may be immersed in darkness. Every human being has a divine spark that is ready to ignite at any moment, given a chance.
About the process of creating it:
The drawing drew itself one stroke at a time without me knowing the final outcome.
Love and joy are what I felt while creating it.
It is a wonderful symbol of the light of humanity as well as a beautiful way to find focus and calm during a busy day if you decide to gaze at it. And if you do gaze right into its center for a minute or two, it comes alive. Please hold the brave people in Iran, the women, their families and loved ones in your heart during this meditation. Peace emanates from every curve in it. That is our true nature as people.
